Hi, I'm Mansi Thakker. I'm a therapist and creative movement facilitator (in training).

I work with a strength-based, trauma-informed lens and feel it is a privilege to work alongside individuals experiencing challenges and transitions. 

I am passionate about holding a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space. 

My aim is to be a catalyst in you feeling empowered, thrive in your relationship with yourself & others, explore your authentic self and live a purposeful life.  

My approach to therapy is collaborative, grounded in honesty, openness, compassion, and humor. I strongly believe in accepting & celebrating one's uniqueness & strengths and not 'fixing' them.

Education + Theoretical Orientation

I am a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) certified therapist. I received my undergraduate degree from K.C College, Mumbai affiliated to Mumbai University. I have a Masters in Psychology from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research (IIPR) affiliated with Bangalore University and I have M.phil from PGIBAMS, Raipur affiliated with RCI. 

I am a trauma-informed clinician with an eclectic approach where I draw from a person-centred approach, mindfulness, somatic and experiential techniques. I cherish working with adults & adolescents in areas of relationship with self and others, anxiety and life transitions.
